Description

The Highlands Reservoir Access and Structure 5 Improvements project consists of the removal of a wooden bridge to be replaced by a culvert, the installation of an access road, levee improvements, and an added control building. These improvements are needed due to aging infrastructure and the need to improve site access. Once completed, these improvements will help the SJRA access the site in addition to the ability to remotely operate this structure. No detours or road closures are anticipated during construction.
